Broken Voicevox

I just started using a program called Voicevox - an open sourced TTS/singing voice synthesizer. I managed to get the TTS part working just fine, but I had no luck with the singing part. I can select the voice, but I can't change the voice style. Also, it only plays tones instead of singing, and when exporting as audio, I just get a silent audio file as if I never selected a voice, even though I did. Maybe I didn't actually select a voice, and I'm experiencing a screen reader accessibility issue, but I'm not sure. I'm posting this video just in case there's someone out there watching who might know what the problem is. I am using the NVDA screen reader on Microsoft Windows. I want to avoid comments from people who want to ask me where to find Voicevox but don't want to put in the effort to do a Google or Duck Duck Go search, so here's a direct link to their Git Hub.
