Make sure you get the WHOLE story and then draw your conclusions. You may find that the person that's gossiping about others to you are talking about you behind your back, too. 2. Do I hang out with friends I went to school with. Yes and no. It depends. If they were toxic I stay away. I find that the friends I met later in life are better to me. 2a. You realize how mean some people are. 3. Some people do change and realize the error of their ways, others are just sorry that what they did to you didn't get under your skin the way they wanted it to.
