It's time for some Halloween dog treats! You'll need: For the dough 1 cup (270g) of puréed pumpkin 1 (55g) egg 2 cups (190g ) large oats 1/2 cup (60g) flour 1/2 tsp ginger powder For the icing 1/4 cup (60 ml) yogurt 1/4 cup (60 ml) puréed pumpkin 1/2 cup (60 g) tapioca flour or cornstarch (or similar) 3 tbsp water Preheat your oven to 305F (180C). Blend the oats into a coarse flour. Combine the dry ingredients for the dough, then add the pumpkin and egg. Mix until you have a very wet dough. It should be sticky but depending on the water content of your pumpkin puree, you can add flour a tbsp at a time until it's dry enough to roll. Roll your dough and cut out some shapes. Bake for 20 minutes on a greased baking sheet or lined with a silicon mat. Let cool completely. Mix together the yogurt, pumpkin, and tapioca flour. Add 3 tbsp or water or more, depending on the texture you want to work with. A thicker icing works well for writing or to outline some details. A thinner icing is great
