Railjack Glitch -- Stuck in Transit

Another Railjack glitch. It is possible to try to jump ahead to a node you don't have access to -- in my case, I attempted to jump to Pluto's Orcus Relay.... and then got stuck in the jump. I could not use the navigation, could not pilot, use the guns, or jump out. I could not bring up the ESC menu. The game had soft locked and I had to ALT+F4 it.
