Atari 65XE Keyboard Membrane Replacement and Rust Removal [Nibble Edition]

We revisit the Atari 65XE from a couple of weeks ago to fix with a few pending issues: 1. We attempt to remove the rust left on the board with a product that was recommended to me. 2. We change the keyboard mylar membrane... just to find out that there are two kinds of XE keyboards with different membranes. Fortunately, there's a fix that allows us to use the wrong membrane type with this keyboard.
