Electric Clock Science: Gents / ECS to Synchronome / other electric clock standard adapter

In which I make a Fiendish Device to make my buddy's non-Gents clocks play nicely with his Gents (aka English Clock Systems / ECS) installation, without requiring any modifications to either.
