Rotatey balls on a 2.42'' SSD1306 OLED

This screen is about 5 times the price of its old little 0.96'' friend but is worth every penny/cent. It is compatible with the other SSD1306 smaller models as tested on Arduino Nano, ESP8266 and ESP32 (this build).
