The Illusion of Change

We get taught there is no alternative. Vote Democrat or vote Republican. Sign the petition. Call your rep. Stay polite. That frame is a box. Everything inside it counts as legitimate change. Everything outside gets coded unacceptable, illegitimate, dangerous. The training is so consistent that most of us absorb it without noticing. Moving from Republican to Democrat is not systemic change. The system stays. The binary stays. The box stays.
