10-18-2025 - Portland - DHS Arrests Blind Person In what likely violated several state and federal laws, a person who appeared to be severely visually impaired with a cane was arrested at the DHS facility Saturday morning in Portland Oregon. We believe this person was arrested for being over the painted blue line in the driveway. As seen in the video; they were violently dragged by their feet, excessive force and restraint was utilized, and they were loaded onto a cart and rolled away. A person standing nearby can be heard saying "Wow that's brutal" and "not reasonable force". This person was released from the facility about 2 hours later. We've encountered many instances of people being shocked and dismayed upon witnessing events at this facility.
