10-18-2025 - Portland ICE - "No Kings"

Portland showed very strong numbers and opposition last night. Last night DHS indiscriminately assaulted people dancing in the streets, press, protesters and the surrounding community. A large amount of tear gas was utilized and "non-lethal" munitions such as pepperballs and other projectiles. We were shot, suffered from tear gas multiple times, and had munitions thrown at us. Of those who were able to recover it was largely due to onsite community support from mutual aid. While local and state police were present, we do not believe they intervened or really helped anyone. To the contrary, Portland officers were seen departing the area when things got worse.
