Plenum of citizens Pancevo - conflict with cops

students caled all citizens to organize on the basis of plenums the same as they do, many citizens did it and when they come to municipality like here in city Pancevo near to Belgrade, cops wanted to stop them to come inside to give their decisions to deputies. People in several cities got conflict with cops and they use eggs and stones against municipality buildings.
