Sherpa (2015)

The Sherpa are one of the Tibetan ethnic groups native to the most mountainous regions of Nepal and the Himalayas. Members of the Sherpa population are known for their skills in mountaineering as a livelihood. After an ice slide kills 16 Sherpas on Everest, they unite in grief and anger to reclaim the mountain. The Sherpas stage a protest meeting and most do not want to climb - some out of respect for the dead and others in order to push for better working conditions.
