Why Are Cops Recruiting At A Comic Con?

I went to the San Diego Comic-Con to see what kind of cosplay I could spot and what kinds of freebies I could score when I saw the SDPD had a table set up to spread propaganda so I asked the officers information, and when they denied me I started filming. Watch as numerous officers show up for a person with a camera, and another citizen threatens me. I am filing a complaint on officer Senior.
