Person In Apparent Mental Health Crisis

Observing four officers with three police vehicles interacting with one woman having a potential mental health crisis. The LEOs mention to a concerned citizen that she called them to help deal with with a situation involving another person. In questioning her she mentions some medications she's on and the officers suggest she immediately go to a hospital to check her medication levels. This is a great example of how LEOs have no idea how to deal with a person having mental health issues and why our society needs an alternative to wasting tax payer money on cops that have no idea how to help citizens. Why did 4 officers need to help out one woman? In the end she gathered some of her belongings from her apartment and was taken to another location with an escort.
