Copwatching Illegally Parked LEO Car Golden Hill 07_12_21

Cops parking illegally and refusing to answer why. Off film they also performed two illegal u-turns and verbally chided me out of their windows. I have filed a formal complaint with video footage and am awaiting the Sgt. of Internal Affairs to get back to me.
