What do a gardener from London, a tutor working with traumatized kids, a medical student from Belarus, a freelance artist traveling the world, and a tattoo artist from Kyiv have in common? All of them are part of the Ukrainian resistance movement, fighters and volunteers who joined defending the people in Ukraine from the Russian imperial invasion. We want to familiarize you with the people we support and whose ideals of equality, solidarity, and mutual aid we share. "Solidarity Collectives" announce a series of interviews with the anti-authoritarian fighters whom we support: anarchists, feminists, punk rockers, unionists, eco-activists. These are the stories of ordinary boys and girls who wrote poems, danced at concerts, fell in love, drank coffee in the mornings, attended equality rallies on the 8th of March before the war; of how their lives changed on the 24th of February; of choice that led them to the battlefield.
