One Couple, 'One Day,' Many Years, Many Tears

A radiant Anne Hathaway has a one-night stand with obnoxious lothario Jim Sturgess in college, and the film revisits their characters one day a year for the following two decades. It's an absorbing but ultimately inconsequential journey.
