Iranian Lesbians Fall Victim To 'Circumstance'

Two girls begin a secretive, illicit relationship well outside the bounds of their country's laws on female behavior. Director Maryam Keshavarz lays the desires of her protagonists on thick, ultimately rendering the film too florid to bring about any strong emotions in the audience.
