An Exorcism Tale With Too Little Of The Rite Stuff

Colin O'Donoghue plays a skeptical seminarian ordered to an exorcism academy in Rome. Anthony Hopkins chewing scenery as his teacher — and more than a touch of camp storytelling — make for a promising prospect, but The Rite plods along, offering neither shock nor scare.
