Twitchy Nerves (Literally) May Explain Epilepsy, Pain

Nerve cells might be able to communicate with nearby cells by leaking chemicals through their membranes, researchers say. The findings might provide a better explanation for epilepsy, chronic pain and other nervous system problems that have baffled scientists for decades.
