Knife-wielding man TERRORIZES neighborhood

Doorbell camera footage shows a knife-wielding man terrorizing a Sacramento neighborhood. The man is seen holding the knife and making stabbing motions on the front porch of a house. The suspect was captured and charged with criminal trespassing.
