WATCH: Alleged fraudster ESCAPES after being charged

Video shows Mohammed Omar, one of 15 defendants charged in Minnesota's alleged fraud scandal, fleeing authorities by jumping off of a fourth story balcony. The FBI is asking for public help in locating Omar.
