Picking up the teeth the fast way in Day of the Tentacle

It's possible to pick up the teeth from a slightly different position just as they're entering the grating. When that happens, the animation of Bernard picking them up is about 0.5 seconds faster. I've only managed to do it once, though (in a practice session).
