Full Throttle in 10:55 (no shift+v)

Missed the cavefish, took the wrong exit in the mine road, forgot to click on the remote, and got stuck at the beginning of the derby. So there are still 30+ seconds to save. A good mine road RNG and a pretty fast super jump saved the run. Played on ScummVM 2.9.1, which (as far as I know) doesn't skip the first fight at the beginning.
