First visit to Phatt Island

Here I visit Phatt Island's mansion and get the famous pirate quotations book. This is my only deviation from frozenspade's route for part 2. As far as I know, it's exactly as fast as doing so later. However, the book exchange is easier at this point if you prepare the inventory so the shipwrecks book ends up on the third column. Also, since this a segmented run, knowing which coffin you get as soon as possible makes things easier.
