From the swamp to Woodtick

It's possible to get from the swamp to Woodtick in 2.4 seconds (it usually takes between 2.7 and 3.1 seconds). Getting the right path is very hard, though. The strategy I use: try to start with a perfect diagonal, and then hope for best while holding Guybrush's hand.
