(Invalid technique) Cursor snapping

Note: at the time I thought this technique was taking advantage of the way the ScummVM virtual cursor behaves. However, it turns out it only works on Linux, maybe only with certain configurations, so it's invalid. When the mouse cursor is locked in ScummVM, if you use your operating system shortcuts to switch to another window, move the cursor, and switch back to ScummVM, the cursor will still be at its former position. That is, until you move it; then it will teleport to the new position. This might be useful in some places. For instance, when entering the Booty Boutique for the first time, you can position the cursor on the door and use another window to position it on the saw.
