Giving the fish to the troll

When giving the fish to the troll, you have to be careful. If you simply walk to the troll, the troll will stop you and you'll get a dialog. So, right after you start walking to the troll, open your inventory. When Guybrush reaches the troll, the troll won't stop you, meaning you can safely give him the fish.
