"Will the Circle Be Unbroken" on Maybelle Carter's Personal 1960's Stromberg Archtop Guitar

This custom-built Stromberg Archtop guitar was originally commissioned by Johnny Cash in the 60's to be Maybelle Carter's touring guitar to replace her legendary 1928 Gibson L-5. Recently, John Carter Cash and I have been working on a series of backporch acoustic recordings together at Cash Cabin Studio, and he pulled this baby out at the last session. When we finished the session, the mics were on and the guitar was sounding so beautiful, I figured I would record an impromptu version of "Will the Circle Be Unbroken."
