I tried playing the game without infinite lives and found it has no continues. There is a password system but you lose what weapons you have collected thus far also the password doesn't appear at the end of every level. Given that I wanted a chance to finish this before Halloween was over I gave myself an edge. This game was made by Konami and Lucasarts Games yep Konami and Lucasarts teamed up on a project. I'm playing the SNES version one of the main differences between this and the Genesis version is the blood is purple. Also I have heard the music in the Genesis version isn't as good I can't say if that is true given how I only played the SNES version. A
