New parents Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo enjoy New Year's Day with son Ziggy

For many stars it was unlikely to be an early start after a night of partying to ring in the New Year. But for a select few it was still up with the larks, with new parents Jamie Laingand Sophie Habboo among the first risers on the first day of 2026. Following the birth to their son Ziggy last month, Jamie and Sophie showed that unlike many stars enjoying a lie-in, they were up bright and early with their baby boy. Alongside sharing her New Year wishes with her followers, Sophie took to Instagram Stories to share snaps of herself holding Ziggy. She wrote: 'Happy New Year everyone!!! 2025 - thank you for best thing that ever happened to me, what I will always be most proud of and the missing piece to the puzzle.' Jamie also shared a snap of his son nestled in his Moses basket, writing: 'Happy New Year from us two gangsters.'
