Albanian jailed for deadly shooting streams from jail cell

A drug dealer who was jailed for a deadly shooting before sharing illegal TikTok videos moaning about British prison food has become only the first of sixteen Albanian murderers to be sent home under an £8million scheme. Eugert Merizaj was handed a 32-year sentence in May 2022 for the shotgun killing of rival drug dealer Hemawand Ali Hussein and has been locked up at HMP Manchester, where he regularly shares videos from his cell in breach of prison rules.
