Passenger complains about 'sardine can' seats in Canadian airplane

On the new refurbished WestJet planes the seats don't even fit regular humans, this poses health risks and safety risks in terms of blood clots, mobility, and in the event of evacuation. The new seats also are fixed and do not have a recline option.
