The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, says she's 'deeply grateful' in a video message released to mark her 44th birthday. The Princess reflects on winter in the footage as part of her 'Mother Nature' series of videos and it sees Kate on a walk by a river in Berkshire, close to her Windsor home.
