London Mayor Sadiq Khan claims crime rates are improving in London

London's Mayor Sadiq Khan claims that crime rates in London are decreasing. This comes after London was crowned as the European city with most number of phone thefts. Echoing Khan's response Met Police commissioner in a separate interview said that the Police is increasingly making more arrests.
