A mother has wrote a letter to her daughter Poppy, 9 and Son Oliver, 2 who are both living with 'childhood dementia.' Megan Kempf, 37, first noticed her daughter Poppy was forgetting how to draw when she was three before being diagnosed with Sanfilippo syndrome type B. The condition is a rare genetic, neurodegenerative lysosomal storage disorder, which they found her brother Oliver has too.
