Military planes fly low near the site of Marlcombe in Devon

The new town of Marlcombe in Devon will sit just a few hundred metres from the end of Exeter Airport's runway. Work hasn't yet begun on the 500-hectare site - which currently comprises farmland and ancient woodland - but it's anticipated it will eventually have 8,000 homes and will be finished by 2050.
