'Gang' stealing underground cables caught by armed officers

A group of men were allegedly caught stealing underground cables just yards from a police station in Birmingham. The 'criminals' were snared by armed police on Great Charles Queensway just yards from HQ Lloyds House. Arrests were made on Tuesday 20th January.
