'Like a freight train': Tourist recalls moment NZ landslide barrelled down

A Canadian tourist said he was 'very lucky' to survive after a landslide barrelled down onto a campsite on New Zealand's North Island.The landslide happened at Mount Maunganui, a popular tourist spot on the northern coast of the country.Dion Siluch was having a massage at the nearby Mount Hot Pools when the landslide occurred.Siluch, who was staying at the campsite, said he evacuated from the area with his wife and two daughters, as emergency services began working to locate missing people.
