Dutch Queen fights back tears as daughter secures military rank

Dutch Queen Maxima fought back tears as her daughter Princess Amalia completed her military training. Princess Catharina-Amalia, 22, the eldest daughter of the King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands officially completed her basic military course on Friday and earned the rank of Corporal. An emotional Queen Maxima watched on proudly at the ceremony at the Ministry of Defence in Ermelo.
