Nurse Alex Pretti reads final salute for patient who died

A family member, Mac Randolph, who's father passed away posts a video of Alex Pretti in the hospital. Pretti was his father's ICU nurse. Pretti read his dad's final salut at the VA after he passed away. Randolph shared the video due to the powerful words he felt Pretti shared. The words were 'freedom is not free'.
