This is the moment police confronted a dishevelled drink-and-drug-driver who was holding a bottle of beer just minutes after killing a 17-year-old girl in a horror crash.Keilan Roberts smashed his car while high on cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy and alcohol which killed his passenger Chloe Hayman in Fochriw, South Wales.Roberts, then 21, had met Chloe only hours before the crash in a nightclub and offered to drive her to her home after arguing with his girlfriend.
