The actress, who recently earned her second Oscar nomination for her latest film Song Sung Blue, admitted she was hesitant to revisit the diaries, which she admitted were far 'too revealing' to comfortably share. 'I've been journaling since I was like eight,' Hudson explained, before confessing she nearly backed out of bringing the notebooks altogether. 'I started looking through them and I'm like, "I can't read these. I can't read them."'
