Islamic State carries out suicide bomb attack at mosque in Pakistan

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a deadly attack on a Shi'ite Muslim mosque in Pakistan's capital, the terror group said on its Telegram channel. A suicide bomber killed at least 31 people and wounded nearly 170 others during Friday prayers at a mosque in Islamabad, police and government officials said.Thousands joined the mass funeral held for the victims in the city under heavy security.
