Mic snatched from Rep. Thomas Massie as he delivers remarks

The microphone was grabbed from Rep. Thomas Massie as he delivered remarks to a crowd in Kentucky. KY Speaker of the House David W. Osborne took the mic right out from under Massie as the Congressman was finishing his speech with a line about how he does not report to the Commander-in-Chief but to the people who elect him.
