Psychiatric worker drags boy across floor by neck and tears his shirt off

A female psychiatric worker was seen on CCTV dragging a young boy across the floor by his neck and tearing his shirt off at the Grafton School in Virginia. Michelle Yates faces a civil lawsuit over the incident, as well as allegedly trying to delete the surveillance video.
