Ed Miliband refuses to explain secret details of China green deal

Ed Miliband squirmed today as he refused to explain why Labour is keeping secret details of a green energy deal with China, signed last March covering power grids, battery storage, offshore wind and green hydrogen, despite security warnings; pressed by MPs, he repeatedly claimed he was happy to answer questions but offered no clear explanation.
