Catholic Church installs new leader for England and Wales

The Catholic Church has installed a new leader for England and Wales, who has said he is 'most aware' of the times the church has failed abuse victims. Bishop Richard Moth was officially made 12th Archbishop of Westminster in front of a 2,000-strong congregation at Westminster Cathedral in central London on Saturday.
