Nanny sentenced to 10 years for scheme to kill woman she worked for to be with her husband.

A nanny, Juliana Peres Magalhaes, cried hysterically in court as she was sentenced by Judge Penney S. Azcarat to 10 years in prison for manslaughter after accepting plea for shooting a man, Joseph Ryan, in a foiled scheme to kill his wife. Azcarat also scolded Magalhaes for telling child of Ryan it was ok to call her 'mommy' hours after the murders.
