Bleary-eyed Shia LaBeouf leaves jail after arrest for assaulting two men

Shia LaBeouf looked somber as he was seen leaving a New Orleans jail alone on Tuesday morning. This is the first time the 39-year-old Los Angeles native has been seen since he was arrested just after midnight on Monday after assaulting two men in an ugly bar brawl. The star wore the same white T-shirt that read Stacey Services, dark slacks and black sneakers he had at the time he was arrested after partying during the city's wild Mari Gras parade.
